refineGEMs package

Here is an overview on all functions. All imports are mocked in autodoc_mock_imports in the conf.py file to enable automatic building.

Warning

Will be deprecated from version 2.0.0 onwards.
Due to massive restructuring and extension, all functions have been moved into new modules.
If you used any functions from refineGEMs until now and want to use version 2.0.0 in the future, make sure to check your code after the version change.
